TAP Portugal adds Boa Vista to route network

TAP Portugal has added Boa Vista to their Cape Verde routes with a twice weekly direct service from Lisbon.

The new service, on offer from 27th October 2013, will commence on Tuesdays and Saturdays as part of the airline’s winter schedule.

TAP will now offer 15 flights a week from the UK to the Cape Verde Islands, via Lisbon, with the Boa Vista route joining an already extensive weekly schedule including six flights to Sal, five to Santiago / Praia and two to Sao Vicente.

Just four hours flying time from Lisbon, the archipelago of Cape Verde is made up of ten islands surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean.

An extraordinary and relatively undiscovered region, each island is dramatically different, from volcanic, lunar landscapes and tropical greenery to endless white beaches and crystal-clear waters, as well as a variety of accommodation; there is an option to suit every traveller.

The new route will also further expand TAP’s existing connections, via Lisbon, to 75 destinations in 35 countries worldwide including Africa and North and South America.
