Sponsors see value in Air Expo 2014

Excitement heats up as Al Bateen Executive Airport, the dedicated business aviation airport of Abu Dhabi Airports, announces its second wave of sponsorships for Abu Dhabi Air Expo 2014 which will be held Under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, National Security Advisor and Vice Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council between the 25th and 27th of February.

Etihad Airways, the national airline of the UAE, has committed once again to be the ‘Official Carrier’ for the 2014 Abu Dhabi Air Expo.

Royal Jet will be a Diamond Sponsor this year. The award-winning international luxury flight services provider headquartered in Abu Dhabi is one of the world’s largest independent BBJ operators.

Falcon Aviation Services (FAS), one of the most successful corporate jet and helicopter service providers in the UAE and GCC region, has also committed to Diamond Sponsor status. With its main operating base at Al Bateen Executive Airport, the premier VIP airport in the UAE and situated only 10km from the cty centre of Abu Dhabi, it is ideally located for operators and passengers alike, delivering the highest level of aviation services.

The Air Expo, which will be held from Tuesday 25 February to Thursday 27 February 2014, is set to welcome over 17,000 visitors with an exhibitor line-up of 170 suppliers. The latest innovations and developments in the aviation sector will be showcased, relating to non-commercial aircrafts, jets, helicopters, equipment, manufacturers, services, pilot training schools, accessories, avionics, insurance and financing.

Over 100 aircraft representing a range of models from ultra-light to heavy business jets, including the VIP AirBus corporate jet and the TBM 850, will be on hand to be explored by aircraft enthusiasts and businesses searching for the best aircraft and aviation-related services.
