Millennium Hotels and Resorts launches Culinary Compass Campaign in London

Millennium Hotels and Resorts (MHR), a global leader in hospitality, is bringing a new flavour of loyalty to the UK capital with the launch of Culinary Compass, a year-long dining campaign designed to inspire guests, members and event delegates to discover the breadth of the group’s London restaurant portfolio.

Running from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027, the initiative transforms dining across Millennium Hotels and Resorts London properties into a rewarding culinary trail, encouraging members to explore multiple venues while earning points and privileges as well as status upgrades along the way. Culinary Compass will be available exclusively via the MyMillennium app, creating a seamless digital journey to track progress as well as unlock rewards.

The London edition brings together seven distinctive dining venues across the properties, spanning Kensington, Chelsea Harbour and Knightsbridge, each offering something completely unique:

• Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington — Bugis Kitchen celebrates the vibrant, spice-led heritage of Singaporean cuisine inspired by the legendary Bugis Street while The Green Stag offers a relaxed British pub setting for social dining and after-work gatherings.

• The Bailey’s Hotel London Kensington — The Bugis Singapore Restaurant delivers refined Southeast Asian dining in an elegant townhouse setting complemented by the intimate and classic charm of Bailey’s Bar.
• Millennium Hotel and Conference Centre Gloucester London — Korean Grill Kensington (KGK) showcases an eclectic mix of elegance and theatrics, celebrating Korean barbecue culture with inbuilt table-top style grills.
• The Chelsea Harbour Hotel & Spa London — The Anchor pairs Mediterranean-inspired seafood with waterside marina views, offering a tranquil contrast to central London energy.
• Millennium Hotel Knightsbridge — Babette brings contemporary Mediterranean inspired dining to the heart of Knightsbridge, including classic afternoon tea, express lunch and all day dining.

Together, they form a connected culinary network designed to encourage guests and delegates to experience multiple Millennium Hotels and Resorts destinations across the city from extending stays, enhancing event programmes and showcasing London through food.

Carolyn Wishnowski, Vice President Global, Branding, Marketing & Loyalty, Millennium Hotels and Resorts commented: “Culinary Compass brings together one of our greatest strengths in London, a diverse collection of restaurants, into a single, connected dining journey. For our guests and event delegates, it creates new reasons to explore the city through our portfolio, while for our loyalty members it unlocks a richer way to engage with food and beverage across our hotels, earning and experiencing more with every meal. For our hotels, it strengthens engagement, repeat visitation and food and beverage performance. London is an exceptional dining city and this campaign allows us to showcase our restaurants as both individual destinations and part of a wider Millennium Hotels and Resorts experience.”

Exclusively for MyMillennium members, the campaign rewards guests for exploring different participating restaurants across London:
• One digital stamp awarded per unique restaurant visit
• Minimum spend: £30 per transaction (before taxes and service charge)
• Each stamp must be earned at a different participating outlet
• Stamps claimed on the day of dining after payment
