Meanwhile, the ‘Serenity Retreat’ programme is perfect for those wishing to recover balance, relax and renew their energy, and replenish their spirit. Guests can experience a range of treatments drawn from diverse healing traditions, and a variety of activities to de-stress, replenish depleted energy levels and boost the immune system.

Prices for the programmes include breakfast, lunch and dinner (no drinks) and seasonal meal plans designed by a nutritionist.

Other retreats and wellbeing programmes available include a detox which combine various therapies, nutritional supplements, and fitness classes, weight management, yoga breaks and a Bootcamp Insanity programme.
