Mandarin Oriental, Singapore’s exceptional service enhanced with new Spasoft Mobile App

Mandarin Oriental, Singapore’s exceptional service enhanced with new Spasoft Mobile App

The portable and easy-to-use new iPad application allows spa staff to attend to guest needs, from booking appointments to check-in, check-out, and completing forms.

“The mobility of using a tablet device allows us to provide a personalized check in experience for our guests”, said Andrew Gibson, Mandarin Oriental’s Group Director of Spa. “Customer feedback has been very positive to date, with guests commenting that the tablet format makes the check in process interactive and enjoyable,” he added.

Developed in a partnership with TripCraft and PAR Springer-Miller, the SpaSoft Mobile application translates the feature-rich SpaSoft Spa and Activity Management System into the tap and swipe medium of the iPad user interface. The result is an intuitive and easy to learn application with real-time integration to SpaSoft.

“We are thrilled about our partnership with both Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and SpaSoft,” commented Mike Murray, CEO and Co-Founder of Tripcraft. “Together we have developed a truly unique and comprehensive mobile application for spas.”

“Our mCommerce mobile platform combined with SpaSoft’s industry leading spa system, will enable spas to provide exemplary customer service in a manner that is much more personal and dynamic than typical desktop computers. The Spas at Mandarin Oriental are a perfect example of this service.  We look forward to our continued partnership and delivering industry leading capabilities to our partners and customers and ultimately their guests and staff.”
