Luxury Hua Hin Resort launches unique dining programme for Charity

The chic resort is hosting the exclusive dinner event, on November 26, 2011, in aid of raising funds for those displaced by Thailand’s recent terrible floods and to promote awareness of climate change.

Four of Pranburi’s finest chefs – including Aleenta Hua Hin-Pranburi’s own culinary genius Executive Chef David Heidemann– will create a ground breaking five-course menu based around the elements of earth, wind, fire and water. Each chef will choose the element they will base their creations on before the event, while the evening will culminate with a fifth course created by a surprise mystery guest chef from Bangkok.

This exceptional event will take place on the beach, the perfect venue to pay respect to the earth’s elements of the sea, sand and sky. Tickets cost THB3,500 per person.

The event isalso testament to the resort’s dedication to the SLOW food concept with all products used at the dinner produced within 40 kilometres of the resort – including the wine – ensuring that its carbon footprint isabsolutely minimal as well as continuing its support for local suppliers.

The elementsdinner forms one part of an innovative dining programme kick-starting in November, with Aleenta Hua Hin-Pranburi introducing fresh dining experiences propelling the resort as forerunners of imaginative cuisine.

With such an exciting choice of food and beverage options at the resort, guests can now choose to experience all in oneevening, with a simply designed dine-around option. For THB1,800 perperson, guests can enjoy the pleasure of champagne and canapés on the beach at sundown, dine in the resort’s inviting restaurant and then indulge in divine desserts on their balcony with the moon and stars for company.

Ever mindful of guests’ needs, the resort has also introduced its unique Bar in a Box concept. Guests choose from an extensive list of snacks and beverages to create their own bar –delivered to their room on a daily basis – and features a variety ofall-you-can-drink soft drinks and wine promotions each month.
