Air Transat has announced the appointment of Liz Langan as UK sales manager with responsibility for southern England.

With over 15 years of experience in airline sales, Langan joins Air Transat from Oman Air, where she was a key account manager, before previously holding account manager positions at Air Canada and Etihad Airways.

In her new role, Langan will be sales manager for southern England with a focus on the Greater London area.

She will be responsible for the day-to-day relationship management of existing and prospective travel trade partners as well as identifying and pursuing business-to-business revenue growth opportunities for the airline.

“Her extensive UK airline sales experience will be invaluable to our sales team and will be of great support to our partners in Greater London.”

With a wide range of direct and connecting flights to four Canadian cities from London Gatwick, Manchester and Glasgow, Air Transat offers the choice and convenience of regular services from airports across the UK.
