Offering creative spaces for a few hours or a whole day, ibis has removed the hassle and clutter from its event areas, meaning its new offering focuses on the important things people really need.

The concept also addresses the growing requirement for flexible working spaces, as many in the UK workforce receive greater freedom to work where they want.

Booking a room is straightforward, easy and can be done directly over the phone or online.

As standard all spaces include unlimited tea and Nespresso, unlimited WIFI, thorough setup, no hidden charges and no kick out time.

AV support is also provided for meetings, from setting up Skype calls to the in-built projector screens to ease connectivity.

ibis has introduced a new culinary offering with a simple, fresh and tasty menu.

The day delegate package includes a selection of beautiful filled artisan breads or salad lunch, and can be upgraded to a hot-lunch on request.

Those planning a working lunch can choose to have it delivered to their meeting room on an airline trolley, or head down to the restaurant for a change of scenery.
