“Coatzacoalcos is a major city in Veracruz, home to the busiest port in the Gulf of Mexico and many major petrochemical companies”, said Gerardo Murray, regional vice president, Distribution and Commercial Marketing, Mexico, Latin America & Caribbean, IHG. “We are excited to provide guests in this region all the services and amenities that travelers need while also offering comfortable accommodations.”
The Holiday Inn Coatzacoalcos hotel, owned by Hotelera Pedregal, S.A. de C.V. is franchised by an affiliate of IHG and is located at Blvd. John Spark #4, Reserva Territorial Duport Ostion, Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz, Mexico. A few minutes from the airport and the main petrochemical complexes, the hotel is also conveniently accessible to several cultural attractions such as the renowned archeological zones of San Lorenzo Tenochtitlán. In order to meet the ever-changing needs of its guest, IHG invested in the $1 billion Holiday Inn global brand relaunch, the largest in hospitality history. The relaunch continues to drive increased quality and consistency across the global portfolio, and new hotels feature a contemporary image with emphasis on arrival and welcome services, guestroom and guest bath comfort and a redesigned logo and signage.
