FCm Travel Solutions New Zealand has won the global travel management contract for the world’s largest dairy exporter, Fonterra.

The comprehensive tender process was competitively bid for by all major players in the travel management market, covering travel management services, online booking tools, travel management policies and reporting.

Simon McKearney, general manager, FCm New Zealand said: “Our pitch cantered around FCm’s focus of challenging existing processes, encouraging innovation and helping businesses change for the better.

“As part of this, we pitched a brand new online booking tool, which is incredibly user friendly, driving a highly interactive process. Our technology combined with the service proposition of FCm, compliments Fonterra’s objective of spend efficiency.

“FCm’s dedicated multinational travel teams were also a crucial factor, ensuring that Fonterra will receive the local support required by a multi-market company,” added McKearney.

“FCm has a rapidly growing portfolio of multinational customers and we are very proactive in creating dedicated multinational travel teams to ensure that our clients receive the local support that they need.
