The 121-room DoubleTree by Hilton Phoenix-Gilbert, is located in one of the most dynamic eastern suburbs of the Valley of the Sun, situated just 15 miles from the City Center, easily accessible to Loop 202 and Highway 60, Sky Harbor International Airport and Arizona State University. The hotel is owned by San Tan Center, LLC and operated under a franchise license agreement with a subsidiary of Hilton Worldwide.
