Don Carlos Marbella Unveils the Next Chapter of its Transformation

A year after its highly anticipated reopening, Don Carlos Marbella enters a defining new chapter. Over the past twelve months, the hotel has steadily introduced new concepts across dining, wellness, family programming, and leisure.

This summer marks the first opportunity for guests to experience these additions together, alongside reimagined interiors by acclaimed designer Jaime Beriestain, signature offerings including the Rafa Nadal Tennis Center and Don Carlos Spa, and the hotel’s coveted beachfront setting.

New for Summer 2026
Algrano
The hotel’s newest culinary offering, Algrano, introduces the spirit of the Italian trattoria to Don Carlos Marbella. Under the direction of Chef Gabriele Milani, the restaurant showcases fresh pasta prepared daily and beloved Italian classics reimagined with a contemporary touch while remaining rooted in tradition. Open exclusively for dinner, Algrano is complemented by aperitivos, a carefully curated wine list, and homemade desserts, creating an inviting setting for memorable evenings on the Costa del Sol.

Lucia Marbella
Following the success of its flagship in Cannes, Nikki Beach Hospitality Group selected Don Carlos Marbella for the second location of its Lucia beach club concept. Launched this spring, the venue introduces the brand’s signature Cuisine du Soleil philosophy to one of Marbella’s most sought-after beaches, blending Mediterranean flavors, vibrant design, and a lively seaside atmosphere.

MANERO Marbella
Don Carlos Marbella expands its partnership with the Spanish hospitality group through MANERO Marbella, a multi-concept destination anchored by the already popular Terrace and Campari Bar, alongside the newly opened Bar MANERO and Bistró MANERO. The concept presents a refined approach to Spanish dining culture, spanning aperitivo rituals, elevated tapas, and Mediterranean cuisine rooted in Alicante traditions, including the brand’s signature paella.

Oasis Kitchen
Oasis Kitchen extends the hotel’s wellness offering, tucked away in a quiet corner near the spa, with a health-driven dining concept centered on seasonal ingredients and nutrient-led cuisine. Working closely with local producers, the kitchen highlights zero-kilometer vegetables, seasonal fruits, and sustainably grown superfoods, with dishes prepared to retain their full vitality. Menu highlights include the Marbella Açaí Bowl, Pitahaya Bowl, Avocado Toast, and Green Garden Wrap, reflecting a fresh, balanced approach to nourishment.

Family and Leisure Experiences
A newly introduced children’s area enhances the hotel’s family-friendly appeal, featuring a dedicated splash pool and water slides thoughtfully integrated into the property’s elevated aesthetic. Don Carlos Kids further enriches the experience with a tailored program of supervised activities, allowing younger guests to engage and explore while parents enjoy downtime. The residences offer one- and two-bedroom layouts with full kitchens, creating a comfortable and seamless stay for families.

Wellness and Fitness
A new gym tucked beneath the main restaurant, Los Naranjos, offers a discreet, design-led setting for training and recovery. It complements the hotel’s sports facilities, alongside the existing fitness offering at the Rafa Nadal Tennis Center, where both indoor and open-air training spaces create a more expansive, immersive approach to movement.
