Luxopuncture

One of the newest treatments to be introduced to the Yaiza Spa is the infrared acupuncture technique of ‘Luxopuncture’, a branch of Chinese medicine that stimulates the same reflex points as acupuncture without the use of any needles or lasers. It is a totally natural treatment with no unpleasant side effects or pain during the treatment. Luxopuncture is used to combat stress, migraines, insomnia, and obesity and can be used to as a technique to help quit smoking.

Luxopuncture also rebalances the production of serotonin, which regulates the appetite and helps reduce compulsive eating, picking at food and longing for sweets! The treatment is also used to reduce anxiety and reactivates the digestive system to reduce liquid retention.
