Butlins has unveiled its new £20 million family hotel. The Ocean Hotel, opening at the Bognor Regis Resort in late August, is the latest addition to Butlins’ property portfolio following an investment of nearly £100 million across six years in accommodation and facilities.
The new hotel will feature 200 contemporary rooms, rainfall showers and 75% of rooms will benefit from private balconies overlooking the sea and the South Downs.  The hotel will also boast a unique Butlins style spa, landscaped gardens and a family friendly restaurant and bar.

The hotel rooms available are 2 berth, 4 berth and extended 5 berths plus 10 accessible rooms. All rooms include widescreen TV and DVD player, hairdryer, safe and tea and coffee making facilities.

From 2003 to the end of 2009, £53 million has been allocated to accommodation, including the Ocean Hotel, and £43 million on facilities, of which £28 million is being invested in 2009 alone.
