Innovata releases upgraded Quicktrip.com

Innovata has announced the release of an upgraded and re-designed Quicktrip.com - containing all passenger schedules in the Innovata SRS Database and enabling travellers to query direct flights and connection options between some 3500 airports worldwide amongst airlines who provide over 99% of all flight services in the world. Richard Thorne (pictured),  who heads up Innovata’s Aviation business comments:

“We are very excited about this product upgrade and relaunch as it will provide an even more intuitive and user friendly travel planning service that can provide what no other travel planning website currently does - a truly comprehensive, totally neutral and completely unbiased timetable service covering all airlines - network, regional and low cost carriers (of which there are over 100 in our database). We know travellers have access to a number of sites that aggregate low cost carrier schedules, they have access to sites driven one of the Global Distribution Systems (which means they lack many of the low cost carrier options) , and they have access to several meta search engines. We have yet to come across such a comprehensive, regularly updated and freely available timetable service on the web such as Quicktrip.com that offers all carrier direct flight and connection options in one integrated display with date specific and week to view options for virtually every schedule in the world.”

Innovata offers Quicktrip.com as a linked display from any company website wishing to provide its customers access to this service which can be viewed at www.innovatallc.com and where there is the opportunity to sign up to become an affiliate.
Links are either to Quicktrip.com with worldwide schedules; or can be configured as a fixed point timetable planner based on an arrival or departure point. Thorne predicts the fixed departure or arrival point option will prove to be particularly popular with many specialist travel websites, Tourist Authorities, Convention and Visitors Bureaux as well as airports who want to offer their travelling community a timetable planning service integrated with a fare comparison and booking facility.
