RWA has announced that real-time links for Eurostar, Eurotunnel, ferry operators and no-frills airlines are now available in Sell-it Suite.
According to RWA these links enable Sell-It Suite customers to:
? Sell self-drive holidays and short breaks based on Eurotunnel, ferry and Eurostar. These can be sold on a web site using Sell-It Online, or via phone using Sell-It Reservator’s Bookings Manager.
? Include the choice of no-frills flights e.g. Ryanair, Easyjet, BMIBaby in addition to scheduled and charter flights for flight inclusive holidays.
? Sell Eurostar breaks using promotional and other fares and based on either their own allocation or general availability.
? Make bookings directly back into the appropriate supplier system.
? Build a ‘super PNR’ for their customer consisting of transport from one or more of these suppliers combined with accommodation, and other ground arrangements sourced and contracted separately.
? Offer a wider choice of transport arrangements to their customers.
The Eurostar link enabling Sell-It suite customers to: Check availability of specific fares, make Eurostar bookings, book from their own tour operator allocations and book specific seat assignments e.g. window or aisle.
The unicorn ferry link uses Pharos Datacom’s Xchange Service . This enables Sell-It Suite customers to check availability and prices and make ferry bookings using brochure and ITX fares for 13 ferry companies including P&O and Eurotunnel.
The low cost carrier link uses Dolphin Dynamics’ FlightScanner product. This enables Sell-It Suite customers to check availability and prices and make flight bookings for a variety of low cost carriers including Easyjet and Ryanair .
In another development, RWA announced that High & Will has chosen RWA’s Sell-It Suite as their new reservation system.
High & Wild will use Sell-It Reservator, RWA’s powerful new reservation system as the core inventory management, booking and finance system for their range of unique adventures and events. High & Wild will also be using Sell-It Online to provide full online browsing, searching and booking via the www.highandwild.co.uk web site.
