Jurni Network Launches New Cruise Browser

Jurni Network today announced new tools and features to their booking engine Jurni InternetView, adding the ability for agents to access published cruise rates and cruise block space content, expanding their insurance coverage options and giving agents new tools to work more productively.

“Our goal is to provide our member agents with the tools they need to work more efficiently and effectively,” said Greg Land, senior vice president of Marketing for Jurni Network. “These enhancements to InternetView automate the cruise booking process and enable our members to sell value added services such as insurance, in a single application.”

Enhancements to InternetView include:

—Jurni Cruise—a graphical cruise browser that integrates published rates and cruise block space content in one easy to use tool. Agents have the ability to access a comprehensive list of rates, and information on ships, cabins and block space amenities. The browser was a co-development effort with OurVacationStore (OVS).

—CSA Travel Protection—Jurni Network members now have an automated system to purchase CSA insurance products for their members. This simple booking tool is integrated in InternetView and allows agents to merge the insurance product into an existing Sabre PNR. Agents can earn a commission of up to 35 percent of the policy premium. CSA also offers agents the flexibility to earn a referral or license commission and the ability to protect commissions with a commission protection feature.

—“Today’s Lowest Fare” airfare alerts—provides agents with the best fares available on the most popular Origin and Destination pairs booked in the country. Agents now have a benchmark to more efficiently shop from in order to find the best value for their customers.

As InternetView is also utilized by Nexion members, a graphical interface has been integrated as an alternative to booking air, car and hotel products using GDS formats. This new feature is particularly helpful to Nexion’s home-based and independent contractors that are new to the travel industry.
