The British Virgin Islands Tourist Board will have its largest ever stand at World Travel Market this year with a completely new look and theme (stand CA 1020). A strong delegation from the destination will be headed by Kedrick Malone, Director of the Tourist Board and Chairman Russell Harrigan, along with the new UK team, Christine Taylor and Lynne Morris. The Tourist Board will be revealing its new marketing strategy for the UK and Europe (Benelux, Ireland, Scandinavia) as well as a brand new advertising campaign. A special campaign will also focus on smaller properties and guest houses.
In addition the team will be showcasing a brand new initiative to raise industry standards called “BVI Promises”.
The aim of the initiative is to improve tourism industry standards throughout the BVI and across all sectors from accommodation to transportation.
