Thai Airways International is launching a new program 1 November, 2004, “Smile with THAI Sabai with e-ticket” which encourages passengers to make use of Thai’s electronic ticketing system.
THAI has now expanded its e-reservation and e-ticketing services to cover all of THAI’s domestic flights, which is in accordance with the International Air Transport Association (IATA) policy to eliminate paper tickets worldwide by end 2007. With this goal in mind domestic travel within Thailand will becomes completely ticketless from 1 November 2004 onwards.

THAI is also introducing a special fare promotion called “Smile with THAI Sabai with e-ticket” from now until 31 December 2004. Passengers are required to issue a ticket 5 days in advance and Royal Orchid Plus Members may accure mileage points accordingly.
