Azamara Club Cruises has announced details of a brand-new travel agent platform, launching ahead of the 2019 wave season.
Club Azamara is a dedicated platform which will act as a one-stop-shop for travel agents and will launch on December 14th.
The portal has four elements and will serve as a training tool, including Club World Learning, a new learning platform; housing AirWaves and linking to Espresso, where all Azamara bookings can be made and managed; access to campaign assets with the new and improved toolkit, and Club Rewards where agents can benefit from a cash incentive for each booking made.
Designed to ease the booking and research process, the platform allows instant access to updated assets, campaign information and the latest training modules, as well as being able to upload creatives for approval, all under one roof.

“Those who’ve used Club Royal will be familiar with the way it works and existing members will be able to use the same login details to easily toggle between each one.”
