The night’s offering usually started with an imaginative amuse-bouche, followed by an elegant consommé or appetizer, choice of a meat or fish main course and another difficult choice of beautifully ripened local and European cheeses or decadent dessert.

There are five dining rooms, each with a different decorative theme and widely spaced tables, to ensure an intimate dining atmosphere.

Guests have a reserved table for the duration of their stay.

The hotel also has a well-stocked wine cellar with a 150-label wine list of mainly Austrian and European wines.
