Loews Hotels & Resorts has announced an agreement to purchase the cultural landmark, the Renaissance Hollywood Hotel in California, part of the Hollywood & Highland Center. The hotel will undergo a £16.7 million renovation later this year and boasts 632 guestrooms, 32 suites and over 48,000-square-feet of meeting space.
