Green Globe announced re-certification of Moevenpick Resort Taba in Egypt. For the past few years, this luxury hotel has demonstrated leadership and innovation in the fields of operational efficiency and sustainable management.

A long-term sustainability management system is in effect at the Moevenpick Resort Taba where energy and water consumption is strictly monitored. Waste volume, weight and reduction goals are specified, and garbage is being segregated per the hotel’s waste management policy. Packaging is reduced to a minimum and local suppliers are given preference.
