UNWTO raises deep concern over US travel ban

British foreign secretary, Boris Johnson, has sought to clarify a travel ban to the United States during conversations with the government officials. President Trump signed a ban on immigration from seven countries on Friday, halting the entire US refugee programme for 120 days.

Emirates starts daily service to Fort Lauderdale, Florida
Emirates launched its 11th destination in the United States with the start of a daily non-stop passenger service between Dubai and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. Fort Lauderdale is Emirates’ second destination in Florida, after launching Orlando more than a year ago.
Virgin breaks ground on design-led hotel in Dallas
Virgin Hotels is breaking ground with Dunhill Partners and Gatehouse Capital on Virgin Hotels Dallas. The new development marks Virgin Hotels’ second property currently under construction, behind Virgin Hotels New York City. Virgin Hotels Dallas will open its doors at the end of 2018.
