Businesses with an Uber account can easily create Vouchers and send them to customers via email, social media and mobile messaging. Customers can then open the link and automatically add the Voucher to their Uber app, until it expires.

Ahead of the ski season in the French Alps this February half-term, Uber has launched a service that means guests can get from station to ski resort quickly and easily.

Uber has begun a court case in London as it seeks to renew its operator licence. Officials in the capital last year refused to renew the licence on grounds of public safety and security, a decision which Uber subsequently appealed against.
