FAA lifts Turkish airline flight restrictions
The Federal Aviation Administration has lifted the restrictions on flight arrivals from Turkey. Following political unrest in the country on Friday, the FAA had barred all airline carriers, regardless of country of registry, from flying into the United States from Turkey, either directly or via a third country.

Royal Brunei Airlines has signed a codeshare agreement with Turkish Airlines which allows for passengers to connect from Bandar Seri Begawan to Istanbul via Dubai. The agreement was signed in Antalya, Turkey, by Karam Chand, Royal Brunei chief commercial officer and Ahmet Bolat, Turkish Airlines chief investment and technology officer.
Turkish Airlines to grow presence at Edinburgh Airport
Turkish Airlines has confirmed it will grow the number of weekly flights from Edinburgh Airport to Istanbul to ten flights per week. The increase indicates the popularity of the airline as Edinburgh gets ready to implement the additional flights from March 27th, 2016.

Turkish Airlines has signed a codeshare deal with Hawaiian Airlines, expanding options for customers to travel more conveniently from Turkey to Hawaii via Far East points. The agreement allows Turkish Airlines to put its “TK” booking code on Hawaiian’s daily flights between Osaka, Japan and Honolulu and HA’s five-times weekly service between Honolulu and Seoul, Korea.

VisitBritain and Turkish Airlines have launched a new global marketing partnership to attract more international visitors to Britain, with a focus across the airline’s five regional gateways which include Manchester, Birmingham and Edinburgh, as well as London’s Heathrow and Gatwick. The non-stop route will be the carrier’s second gateway in the south-eastern United States, following its nonstop service that is set to launch in late October from Miami International Airport.
