Arabian Travel Market 2017: Emaar reveals plans for six new properties
Emaar Hospitality Group, the hospitality and leisure business of Emaar Properties, has unveiled six new hotel projects as part of its regional and international expansion plans at the Arabian Travel Market.
Emaar Hospitality Group unveils Address Boulevard in Dubai
Address Hotels + Resorts has unveiled its new city lifestyle resort, Address Boulevard. Chris Newman, chief operating officer of Emaar Hospitality Group, said: “Address Boulevard is another statement of our ambition to set new industry standards.”
The Address Boulevard Dubai set to open in April
April 2017 will see the highly anticipated opening of The Address Boulevard Dubai, a luxurious city lifestyle resort in the heart of prestigious Downtown Dubai. The exclusive, new-build urban resort will occupy the second-tallest building in Downtown Dubai and comprise 196 guestrooms, 533 serviced apartments and luxurious leisure facilities including a spa, cascading swimming pool and the sky-high Roof Top restaurant.

Marc Dardenne leaves Emaar
Marc Dardenne, CEO of Emaar Hospitality - the developer of projects including the world’s tallest tower Burj Khalifa and the Armani Hotel Dubai - is leaving the company. Emaar confirmed that he will be replaced by Chief Operating Officer, Patrick Heuze.

Emaar goes from strength to strength
Dubai-based property developer Emaar, the group behind the world’s tallest tower Burj Khalifa, has registered a net profit of Dhs421m ($115m). The company cited project deliveries in the UAE and international markets for the solid figures. Its flagship Dubai Mall reported a record footfall, whilst Address Hotels recorded an average occupancy of 87 percent.
