Abu Dhabi to welcome WTTC Global Summit in 2013
The World Travel & Tourism Council has announced it will hold its 13th Global Summit in Abu Dhabi in April/May 2013. Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority and Etihad Airways will be official hosts of the biggest annual gathering of travel and tourism leaders.
Routes 2012: Etihad Airways to boost Istanbul flights in 2013
Etihad Airways, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates, has announced it will fly daily between Abu Dhabi and Istanbul from January 1st, 2013. The Abu Dhabi-based airline launched services to Istanbul, the largest city in Turkey, with four non-stop flights a week in June 2009, increasing to five services per week later that same year.

Saudia applies for Route Exchange access
Route Exchange, the online platform for air service development, has announced the commencement of a Request for Proposal from Saudia, who are using the facility to support their network growth. The national airline of Saudi Arabia, based at Jeddah-King Abdulaziz International Airport, operates domestic and international scheduled flights to over 70 destinations in the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Europe and North America.

Seychelles tourism board says thank you as Routes closes
