Priceline Group signs partnership with TripAdvisor

TripAdvisor and Priceline Group have announced a strategic partnership whereby some Priceline’s online travel brands will participate in TripAdvisor’s instant booking platform. Within Priceline Group, Booking.com will be the first brand to implement the partnership through its global network of accommodations, and in time, Priceline Group brands priceline.com and Agoda.com are likely to list inventory on the platform.

Priceline.com has launched its first national brand campaign in Canada to enhance the brand’s presence with its growing Canadian base,especially the mobile centric consumers who rely heavily on priceline.com’s comprehensive and award winning mobile app for their travel bookings. The campaign, which will encompass TV and digital marketing initiatives, will kick off the first week of September, 2014.
