Oakwood Asia Pacific, which manages some of the finest serviced apartments for business and leisure travellers, has announced its expansion into Australia with a deal to manage Oakwood Apartments Brisbane, which is the first Oakwood-branded building in Australia. The company also announced Paul Wilsher’s appointment as general manager of the property.

Wyndham Hotel Group has announced that Safari Group, an Auckland-based development company, has signed franchise agreements for three new Ramada properties in New Zealand. The Ramada Suites Christchurch City, Ramada Hotel & Suites Remarkable Park in Queenstown and Ramada Lakeside Resort & Spa all form part of the deal.
