Meliá Hotels International has reached an agreement with the Flying Blue frequent flyer programme created by Air France and KLM to allow members to benefit from both loyalty programmes. The new agreement allows members of Meliá Hotels International’s mas rewards programme to exchange points for Flying Blue miles at a rate of one mile for every six mas rewards points.

The company continues to expand in Italy with the opening of The Meliá Génova, where it will also open the Gran Meliá Roma at the end of the year. The Meliá Génova is a refurbished historical building in the heart of the city.
