The London 2012 Organising Committee has released new aerial images showing the transformation of the Olympic Park as 2012 approaches. The latest aerial shots show the Olympic Park ‘big build’ now over 90 per cent complete, with the Olympic Delivery Authority on track to hand the site in London over to LOCOG early next year.

The London 2012 Organising Committee has confirmed details of its ticket resale process for Olympic and Paralympic ticket holders. Those who have bought tickets directly from LOCOG before January 6th 2012 will be able to resell their tickets via the London 2012 ticketing website from this date until February 3rd 2012.

Dow – the second largest chemical manufacturer in the world – has been commissioned to produce a sustainable, fabric wrap to encircle the Olympic Stadium in the build up to the games.The wrap will comprise 336 individual panels – each approximately 25 meters high and 2.5 meters wide – and will help the stadium become the visual centrepiece of the London 2012 Games.
