Minister Bartlett welcomes global hospitality sector to Jamaica
Jamaican minister of tourism Edmund Bartlett has welcomed delegates to the Montego Bay Convention Centre for the United Nations World Tourism Organisation Global Conference on Jobs & Inclusive Growth: Partnerships for Sustainable Tourism. With more than 1,300 delegates registered to attend over three days, the event will be the largest of its kind ever to take place in the Caribbean.

UNWTO General Assembly: Jamaica elected to executive council
Jamaica has again been elected to the executive council of the United Nations World Tourism Organisation to serve a two-year term alongside Argentina and Uruguay. This is a shared arrangement of the four-year membership.
