Icelandair to expand operations in 2012
Icelandair is planning a route schedule for 2012 which will be the largest in the company’s history and 13 per cent more extensive than this year’s schedule. A new year-round destination, Denver, Colorado, will be added, and the frequency of flights to various cities in the United States and Europe will be increased.

Iceland announce plans to serve Seattle-Tacoma
The Port of Seattle announced today that Icelandair will begin serving Seattle-Tacoma International Airport on July 22, 2009. The airline will provide connecting flights to 18 European cities, via its hub in Reykjavik, Iceland.
