ICCA announces top performing destinations for international association meetings
The International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA) is publicly releasing new information to shed more light on how the pandemic impacted the association meetings industry in 2021.
Istanbul strengthens its position in Top 10 of ICCA Rankings
Istanbul has been ranked 8th in the top 10 of ICCA Rankings, according to 2013 data. ICCA, the International Congress and Convention Association, announced 2013 Rankings for cities and countries. Istanbul uplifted its position within the Top 10 rankings.
Prague to host 56th ICCA Congress in 2017
After presentations from the three shortlisted destinations, Gdansk in Poland, the Czech Republic capital of Prague and Russian city St. Petersburg, ICCA President Arnaldo Nardone on behalf of the ICCA Board of Directors announced the winning destination at the ICCA Mid-Year meetings at IMEX.
ICCA goes hybrid on bidding for international association meetings
On Wednesday 10 July ICCA will hold a two-hour hybrid workshop on bidding for association meetings. The workshop will be broadcast live from the ICCA Research, Sales & Marketing Programme (RSMP), taking place in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and will have a live link with the ICCA-Thailand Bid Workshop in Bangkok, Thailand. Meetings industry suppliers, associations and any other professionals interested in the bidding process are invited to join the live stream, the live chat and the Twitter chat to ask questions to the speakers and to share ideas and experiences with fellow online delegates from all over the world.
ICCA announces destination for 2016 Congress
