What are the biggest challenges and frustrations they face? Are there changes in internal decision making processes that affect you?

The session is especially designed for meetings industry suppliers, associations and any other professionals interested in the bidding process. This hybrid workshop is sponsored and supported by the Thailand Convention & Exhibition Bureau.

ICCA CEO Martin Sirk, who will be moderating the session, said: “Bidding is without a doubt the most critical specialised skill for success in the international association meetings sector, so we wanted to share the insights and updates on trends from our panel of experts with as many ICCA members and other meeting professionals as possible. We also wanted to experiment with different hybrid approaches, so we scheduled an ICCA educational seminar in Thailand to coincide with this session in order to evaluate how well virtual content delivery can be integrated into a live environment. It’s very easy to participate. If you have internet and a PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone, you can join the 2 hour online program (at no charge) on Wednesday 10 July. Watch the livestream and ask questions through chat and Twitter #ICCAbidding. Simply leave your email address on the hybrid event website and join us”.

Juan José García - 1st Vice President and Treasurer of the ICCA Board said: “As an online delegate, you are invited to ask questions to the speakers, to share your ideas and experiences, to network with fellow online delegates from all over the world and to learn a lot about the bidding process in a short time”.
