Garuda Indonesia introduces “inflight connectivity”
Garuda Boeing Indonesia introduced “Inflight Connectivity” service on a commercial basis on board all the 777-300ER flights the airline operates, starting on 2 October 2013,. From now on, Garuda Indonesia passengers in the First Class, Executive Class and even Economy Class will be able to access the internet through WiFi throughout the flight.

Garuda Indonesia to boot flight from Singapore to Bali and Surabaya
Indonesia’s national flag carrier, Garuda Indonesia, will increase flights from Singapore to Bali and Surabaya starting next month. The airline currently operates a daily and four times weekly service on its Singapore-Bali route and a four times weekly service from Singapore to Surabaya.

Indonesia’s national airline, Garuda Indonesia has announced its third quarter consolidated operating revenue of $2.39 billion, an increase of 14.4 per cent, compared to the $2.08 billion earned in the same period last year. In addition, the airline booked an income from operations of $92.75 million, which is a significant 140.4 percent rise compared to $38.60 million last year.

Indonesia’s national airline, Garuda Indonesia, has launched a premium check-in area at Jakarta’s Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Cengkareng to better serve its premium passengers. Executive class passengers and Garuda Frequent Flyer Platinum members can now check-in, pay their airport taxes, make another reservation, purchase new tickets or re-route their flights using the new exclusive check-in counters.
