Philip de Klerk to step down as chief financial officer at Flybe
Flybe Group has said Philip de Klerk, currently chief financial officer with the company, has resigned. He Klerk will remain in position with Flybe until October.
Flybe links Cardiff to Rome for first time
Flybe has started operating its 2017 summer schedule from Cardiff Airport, which features 15 routes offering a total choice of up to 73 flights a week. The schedule includes the launch of the first ever service between Cardiff and Rome, with the inaugural flight taking off earlier.

Flybe has announced it will operate a new Saturday service to Dusseldorf from Jersey during peak summer. The route will launch on April 29th and will operate until September 30th, maintaining the connection between the two destinations.
Flybe adds summer holiday flights from Southampton
Flybe has added seven more flights a week on four popular summer sun routes to Spain and Portugal as part of its expanded 2017 summer schedule from Southampton. From May 27th the airline will operate up to five times a week to Alicante, with new flights on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays in addition to existing Tuesday and Friday services.

Finnair is extending its network throughout the United Kingdom with new codeshare services on Flybe flights between several European cities and the UK. Finnair’s codes will be added to the below Flybe services when a Finnair flight is also included in the booking.

Flybe expands flight options from Cornwall Newquay Airport
Flybe has announced the return of flights between Cornwall Airport Newquay and London Stansted as part of its expanded summer 2017 schedule. Daily flights will begin on March 26th, offering a flight time of approximately 70 minutes, saving valuable time when compared to a drive that would take over five hours.
