English rugby fans set to travel by Eurostar this weekend
Eurostar will welcome thousands of English rugby fans this weekend, as they make their way to the Stade de France in Paris for the crunch match between France and England, the first meeting for both teams in the 2014 RBS 6 Nations Rugby Tournament.
Eurostar to offer six German destinations following Deutsche Bahn deal
Eurostar, the high-speed passenger service linking London and mainland Europe has today introduced a new ticket offering in partnership with German high-speed rail operator, Deutsche Bahn. From today, tickets are available to purchase to six popular cities in Germany - Aachen, Cologne, Bonn, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt and Munich.
Eurostar’s new uniforms make an impression at St Pancras
Eurostar passengers heading for the Continent were left rubbing their eyes at the first sight of Eurostar’s brand new staff uniforms adorning the nine meter tall ‘kissing couple’ statue in St Pancras International station. The super-sized outfits clothing the world famous statue (officially know as ‘The Meeting Place’ by Paul Day) were conceived and created by Sharon Osborne’s stylist, Maggie Cooke, to celebrate the introduction today of the new Eurostar uniforms, the first new design in nearly a decade.

Eurostar opens bookings for summer holiday Avignon sale
Following the success of Eurostar’s trial service to Lyon and Provence last spring, Eurostar’s annual summer services direct to Avignon in the south of France is now open for sale, earlier than usual and for an extended travel period. The 2014 weekly Avignon service will run between June 28th and September 13th, with fares available from only £109 return.
Eurostar extends booking horizon for summer holidays
Eurostar passengers are now able to book tickets for travel to Paris, Brussels or Lille even further in advance as Eurostar introduces an extended, summer booking horizon. Extending the horizon to six months means that travellers can now finalise their summer travel plans up to two months earlier.

Titled ‘Maybe’, the campaign features two separate adverts, one of which focuses on Paris, which will air in the UK, and one that focuses on London for the French and Belgian markets.
Strong performance for Eurostar in third quarter
Eurostar has reported continued growth in both passenger numbers and sales revenues during the third quarter of 2013. Compared to the same period in 2012, sales revenues grew by ten per cent to £207 million, while passenger numbers rose five per cent to 2.7 million.
Eurostar launches new direct services to Amsterdam
Eurostar has announced it has signed an agreement with the Dutch railways to launch direct services between London and Amsterdam from December 2016. The announcement was made this afternoon by the secretary of state for infrastructure and the environment as part of a package of measures to enhance the services on the Dutch high speed line and will be ratified by the Dutch Parliament over the coming months.
