Europcar brings Alfa Romeo 4C to UK fleet
Europcar continues to invest in the premium motoring experience with the addition of the Alfa Romeo 4C to Selection, its fleet of luxury and fun vehicles. Europcar opens latest branch in Richmond, London
Europcar has opened its latest location at the Richmond Homebase on Manor Road, Richmond. Visiting the new branch – which puts vehicle rental right in the heart of the community – local MP, Zac Goldsmith, welcomed local Europcar Agents, Tony Baugh and Simon Westbury.
Europcar reports slight increase in profits for early 2016
Europcar has reported total revenue amounted to €948 million for the first half of 2016, compared to €961 million in 2015 first semester, representing an increase of 0.5 per cent at constant currency. This increase is mainly driven by a 0.9 per cent growth in rental revenue, to €883 million, and partly off-set by the decrease of petrol prices.
Europcar to welcome Infiniti Q30 to fleet
Europcar has joined forces with Infiniti to bring the acclaimed new premium Q30 to drivers in selected markets in Europe. From this month a total of 1,200 Infiniti Q30s will be available in Europcar networks in France (255 cars), Germany (345 cars), UK (500 cars) and Italy (100 cars).

InterRent opens 150th location in Sardinia, Italy

Ubeeqo partners with Addison Lee in London

Europcar acquires Spanish mobility provider Bluemove
Europcar Group has acquired Bluemove, a mobility tech start-up and car sharing leader in Spain. Carried out through Ubeeqo, a mobility start-up in which Europcar took a majority share, the acquisition is a further step in the group’s ambitious acquisition plan and is fully part of its strategy to become the reference for urban mobility.
Oman Air and Europcar launch loyalty partnership
Sindbad, the frequent flyer program of Oman Air, and Europcar have announced a new partnership. Sindbad Members will now be awarded with 500 miles every time they rent with Europcar. They simply need to quote their Sindbad number when booking with Europcar and present their membership card when collecting their vehicle.
Revenues rise at Europcar in early 2016
Europcar has announced total revenue of to €418 million for quarter one of 2016, compared to a figure of €414 million in the same period of last year. This represents an increase of 2.3 per cent at constant currency. Without petrol impact, total revenues would have evolved of 2.8 per cent at constant exchange rate.
