Europcar, the UK’s leading vehicle rental company, is offering free delivery and collection for car and van hire with its new weDeliver service, allowing customers to phone the company and get a car delivered to their door within a guaranteed two hour time window.
Europcar will soon issue its Australian customers rental invoices containing information about a vehicle’s CO2 emissions. The new invoicing system including CO2 data was recently rolled out in New Zealand, garnering an enthusiastic response from both customers and the motoring industry.

Rapid-response fleet cuts and integrated cost synergies have helped Europcar post a resilient set of annual figures, despite a sharp slump in demand due to the downturn.
