The Emirates A350 officially takes flight to its first destination, Edinburgh
Emirates marked a significant milestone as its first Airbus A350 entered commercial service, operating its inaugural flight from Dubai to Edinburgh. Emirates newest aircraft combines next-generation cabin design and exceptional passenger comfort paired with outstanding onboard service. The aircraft, featuring Emirates’ latest cabin products is the first of 65 A350s joining the airline’s fleet over the coming years.
Emirates’ iconic A380 is back in Copenhagen
Emirates’ Airbus A380, the world’s largest passenger aircraft, has touched down in Copenhagen for the first time since March 2020. Emirates is currently the only international airline to operate the A380 to Denmark. The A380 touched down just in time to celebrate the airport’s jubilee, marking 100 years of operational excellence.
Emirates to introduce additional flights to and from Colombo
Emirates, the world’s largest international airline, will operate an additional scheduled service between Colombo and Dubai, starting from 2 January 2025. The newly-introduced flight, to operate as EK654/655, increases the seat capacity on the route by 30 percent and supports Sri Lanka’s plans to considerably increase tourist arrivals in 2025.

Located in the prestigious Sky Tower, Karachi Towers, on Abdul Sattar Edhi Avenue in Clifton, the 183-square-meter store offers immersive experiences grounded in technology, and best-in-class support from dedicated teams on the ground.
EFTA’s record graduate cohort creates steady pilot pipeline for aviation
Courage, commitment and passion were all in evidence today at Emirates Flight Training Academy’s (EFTA) fifth graduation ceremony, which marked the academy’s biggest cohort to date. EFTA also announced the launch of an Advanced Diploma in Pilot Licensing Training (Aeroplane) on the back of the academy’s recognition as an Accredited Training Provider (ATP) by the UAE National Qualifications Centre (NQC).

Emirates, the Official Airline Partner and Principal Partner of AC Milan, has unveiled a bold A380 livery emblazoned with the club’s trademark colours, celebrating the Rossoneri’s 125 year-legacy of excellence and generational impact on global football. Both sides of the Emirates A380’s fuselage have been adorned with vibrant red and black stripes, taking inspiration from AC Milan’s logo. The Club’s official badge, displaying Milan’s flag alongside the ACM acronym and founding year, are seamlessly emblazoned right next to the ‘Milan 125’ wordmark. Flanking the design on the other side is the silhouette of a player in the Club’s Emirates ‘Fly Better’ jersey kicking a football in mid-air, symbolizing the spirit of ambition and innovation of the partnership between AC Milan and Emirates
