Dusit International adds Vietnam to growing portfolio
Hot on the heels of announcing an AUD$550m multi-use resort in Australia, leading Asian hospitality group Dusit International continues its expansion plans with the signing of the first Dusit Thani hotel to be developed in Vietnam as part of the Cam Ranh Flowers Resort. Executives from Dusit International and State Development Company were in attendance at the signing ceremony, held at the Khanh Hoa Centre of Political and Cultural Events in Nha Trang.
Plans unveiled for Dusit Thani Brookwater Golf & Spa Resort at First Residence
Senior executives of Dusit International joined representatives of the Springfield Land Corporation, World Group UK and Maxsen Capital Hong Kong at the Brookwater Golf Club in Queensland earlier to announce the launch of the Dusit Thani Brookwater Golf & Spa Resort at First Residence. The resort, the first on Australian soil for the Thai hospitality brand, will in its first phase offer 168 luxury resort apartments with private plunge pools overlooking the Greg Norman-designed Brookwater Golf Course, rated number one in Queensland.

In addition, there are more than 12 developments under negotiation in Shanghai, Hangzhou, Fuzhou, Xiamen, Changsha, Zaozhuang, Chengdu and Guiyang.
