Employment continues to fall in US aviation
Employment figures in the US aviation industry continued to fall during June, with the sector shedding 8,700 posts over the past year. Delta Air Lines was able to buck the trend – taking on over 4,000 employees – following the acquisition of Northwest Airlines.
