Carlson Wagonlit rolls out CWT To Go to new platforms
Carlson Wagonlit Travel is celebrating the first anniversary of its award winning app CWT To Go on the WorldMate platform by announcing it is now available on three new devices; Windows, Android smartphones and tablets and Kindle Fire from Amazon as well as iPhone, iPad and BlackBerry smartphones. Since its migration to WorldMate in May 2013, 2.5 million trips have been synced to CWT To Go.

Carlson appoints new chairman
Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT) has appointed Trudy Rautio, president and chief executive officer of Carlson, as chairman of the CWT board of directors effective immediately. Rautio has served as a member of the CWT board since August 8, 2006.

Directors at Carlson, a global hospitality and travel company headquartered in Minneapolis have announced the election of Trudy Rautio as president and chief executive officer, effective immediately. Rautio is only the fifth chief executive to be named at Carlson in its 74-year history.

CWT acquires AC Events International
Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT) has acquired AC Events International Limited (AC Events) through its UK subsidiary, Carlson Wagonlit UK Limited. AC Events, based in Dublin, Ireland, has provided meetings and events management services to corporations since 2005 and has been working in association with CWT since 2008.
