Carlson Wagonlit Travel maintains IHG contract
Carlson Wagonlit Travel will continue to manage the travel programme for InterContinental Hotels Group across the globe, including the UK. CWT has held the contract for IHG’s global business travel since 2009 and will continue to do so until at least 2017.

Economic recovery drives profits at Carlson Wagonlit Travel
Carlson Wagonlit Travel has announced strong financial results for 2014, with the organisation recording new business sales of US$1.6 billion in 2014. Overall sales volume increased by 1.6 per cent to US$27.3 billion, reflecting the continuing variable global economic climate. The number of transactions managed by CWT increased by 3.3 per cent to 62.3 million.
