Choice Hotels International, Inc., one of the world’s largest lodging franchisors, recently announced that it has named its associate Mark Weiner as the new head of its global sales division. Mr. Weiner previously served as the company’s vice president of customer care and reservations, an area he will continue to lead as well, reporting to the organization’s Senior Vice President of Global Distribution Robert McDowell.

In this role, she will be responsible for developing and managing the external communications strategy for the company in the areas of public, media, industry and government relations.
