National flag carrier, Malaysia Airlines, has announced its Memorable Journeys savings, providing significant discounts on its flagship double-daily direct flights to Kuala Lumpur and onward to some of the most desirable destinations in Asia and Australasia – including its upcoming reinstated services to Brisbane. EVA Air is set to launch a significant upgrade to its in-flight Wi-Fi service this July, offering complimentary access to “Infinity MileageLands” members across all cabin classes. Passengers can enjoy seamless connectivity when the aircraft reaches 10,000 feet cruising altitude. To promote this upgrade, EVA Air plans to roll out a limited-time summer promotion, from July 1 to September 30, 2025, allowing all passengers—members and non-members alike—onboard Wi-Fi equipped aircraft (Boeing 777-300ER, Boeing 787, and Airbus A330-300) to enjoy free unlimited web browsing Wi-Fi service.
Etihad Airways and TAP Air Portugal Launch a Frequent Flyer Partnership Agreement
Etihad Airways, the national carrier of the United Arab Emirates, and TAP Air Portugal, the national carrier of Portugal, have launched a frequent flyer partnership from today. The agreement enables members of both Etihad Guest and the TAP Miles&Go programme to earn and redeem their respective loyalty currency on either carrier. Etihad Guest members are able to redeem their miles on flights, worldwide hotel stays and holidays, or shop from a variety of products from the Etihad Guest Reward Shop. TAP Miles&Go member miles can be spent on flights and a range of additional offers such as TAP Store items.

RYANAIR ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH ATLAS AS ITS THIRD “APPROVED OTA AGGREGATOR”
Ryanair, Europe’s No.1 airline, has announced its “Approved OTA Aggregator” partnership with Atlas, a global travel tech company specializing in low-cost carriers’ (LCC) content distribution who will now be authorised to offer Ryanair’s low fare flights to their network of OTA partners, on the condition that they provide full price transparency of Ryanair products. This deal will also ensure that customers who book Ryanair flights through Atlas’s OTA partners have access to their myRyanair account without needing to complete Ryanair’s customer verification (which unauthorised OTA customers must continue to do) and will receive essential flight updates directly.

Delta, Korean Air to strengthen partnerships with WestJet
Delta Air Lines and Korean Air will strengthen their respective partnerships with WestJet through the purchase of minority equity stakes in the Canadian airline from Onex Partners, the upper middle market private equity platform of Onex, a Canadian investor and alternative asset manager. Affiliated funds and co-investors of the Onex Group intend to participate in the sale alongside Onex Partners. These investments build on each airline’s existing relationship with WestJet to provide further benefits to customers in North America, Europe, Asia and beyond.
