Riyadh Air, Saudi Arabia’s new national airline, has signed a landmark strategic partnership with the Ministry of Culture to transform the travel experience by embedding authentic Saudi culture into every aspect of its operations. The agreement was signed during an official ceremony at the Ministry’s headquarters in Riyadh, with Hamed bin Mohammed Fayez, Vice Minister of Culture, and Tony Douglas, CEO of Riyadh Air. This collaboration will highlight the Kingdom’s unique identity while promoting its diverse heritage to travelers worldwide.

American Airlines is elevating the inflight experience with a bold, flavorful move — tequila is officially taking to the skies. Customers asked, and American answered. Starting June 1, the airline will begin offering tequila on select flights as an inflight alcoholic beverage option for eligible customers. The Emirates A350 has touched down at Queen Alia International Airport, marking the start of its regular service on the second daily flight between Dubai and Amman. Originally scheduled to operate on 1 June, the deployment of the brand-new aircraft has been advanced by 2 weeks. EK 905 departed Dubai at 2210 hrs on 19 May and landed in Amman at 0015 hrs early morning on 20th May. EK 906, took off from Amman at 0205 hrs and reached Dubai at 0605 hrs this morning. *

Profits for Qatar Airways Group, which includes cargo, catering and Qatar Duty Free, reached QAR7.85bn (US$2.15bn) in the 24/25 fiscal year – an increase of more than QAR1.7bn (US$0.5bn) on the year before.
