Turkish Airlines begins service to its 6th Iraqi destination, Mosul
The airline will fly four times weekly from its Istanbul hub, Ataturk Airport, departing on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday and operating according to the attached schedule. This new flight adds the important historical city, Mosul, as a Turkish Airlines’ network city to its other destinations in Iraq: Baghdad, Basra, Arbil, Najaf and Suleymaniah. With the inauguration of service, Turkish Airlines will offer more destinations in Iraq than any other airline.
With the addition of Mosul flights, Turkish Airlines will fly to 190 destinations—148 international and 42 domestic.
Roundtrip airfares from Istanbul to Mosul are now on sale with the prices starting from 275 Euros or from Mosul to Istanbul starting from 384 Dollars including taxes and fees.
The Istanbul-based carrier was recently recognised by the World Travel Awards as offering Europe’s Leading Airline Business Class.
